This is the practical one. Before you buy a poster, it helps to know exactly what sizes we sell, which frames fit them, and how to hang art without wrecking your walls. Short version: our posters print on premium matte paper and ship unframed — frame not included, which keeps prices down and lets you match your own room. Here's everything you need to get it right.
What poster sizes do we sell?
Every design comes in a range of sizes, in both inches and centimetres, so you can match your region's standard frames. Prices scale with size and are shown on each product page. The current size ladder is:

If you're between two sizes, go bigger — nearly everyone underestimates how small a poster looks once it's on a large wall.
Which IKEA frames fit our posters?
Because we print to standard metric and imperial sizes, off-the-shelf frames work well. The easiest matches from IKEA:
- 21×30 cm → RIBBA or FISKBO 21×30
- 30×40 cm → RIBBA / KNOPPÄNG / FISKBO 30×40
- 50×70 cm → RIBBA 50×70 (a very common poster size)
- 61×91 cm → standard 24″×36″ poster frame (BJÖRKSTA size)
A frame with a mount (mat board) gives a gallery look and hides a millimetre of trim tolerance. Frames with glass reduce glare further, though our matte paper already keeps reflections low.
How do you hang a poster without holes?
Renting, or just hole-shy? You have good options. Removable adhesive strips (Command-style) hold a framed poster up to their rated weight — use two strips per side for anything A2 and larger. Washi tape works for unframed prints and peels off cleanly. Poster hanger rails (two magnetic or clamped wooden strips top and bottom) suit unframed art and lean nicely on a shelf. For anything heavy or permanent, a single small nail into a stud still beats sticky tape.

We don't sell frames, and our posters always ship unframed — frame not included. That's a deliberate choice: shipping a bare print is cheaper and safer than shipping glass, and it lets you match your own walls. Inches or centimetres — which should you pick?
It only matters for framing. If you're in the UK or EU and buying frames locally, choose the metric sizes (30×40 cm, 50×70 cm) so off-the-shelf frames fit without a custom mount. In the US, the imperial sizes (18″×24″, 24″×36″) match standard poster frames. The artwork is identical either way; you're just matching your local frame aisle.
How we pack and ship posters
Posters are printed to order and shipped rolled in a sturdy tube (smaller sizes may ship flat in a rigid mailer), which protects the print far better than folding. We ship across the EU, UK and US. Because everything ships unframed — frame not included — there's no glass to break in transit, and you're free to frame it to match your room once it arrives.
Caring for an unframed print
Until you frame it, store a poster flat or loosely rolled, handle it by the edges, and keep it out of damp rooms and all-day direct sun.
