Terms of Service

Welcome to The Geek Pixel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thegeekpixel.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By browsing the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are
The Geek Pixel is an online store operated from Barcelona, Spain. You can reach us at any time at hello@thegeekpixel.com and we reply within 1–2 business days.

2. Our products
Every poster and garment we sell is made to order — printed or embroidered specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this, slight variations in colour, position or finish between the on-screen preview and the finished item are normal and are not considered defects. Product images and mockups are representative.

3. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order you make an offer to buy the items in your cart. We confirm receipt by email; a contract is formed when we accept your order and begin production. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced, unavailable, or if we suspect fraud — in which case we will refund any amount already charged.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the product pages and may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout in your selected currency, plus any shipping and applicable taxes shown there. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure, PCI-compliant checkout. We do not store your card details.

5. Shipping and delivery
Production takes 2–5 business days, after which your order ships and is tracked. Delivery times, destinations and any customs or import duties are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Returns, defects and your EU rights
Because items are personalised and made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns, but we will always fix a defective, damaged or incorrect order — see our Refund Policy for full details, timeframes and, where they apply, your statutory rights under EU consumer law.

7. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, text and images on the Site are the property of The Geek Pixel or used with permission, and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without our written consent. Products are sold for personal use only.

8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to attempt to access areas or data that are not intended for you.

9. Disclaimers and liability
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply where relevant.

11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you order is the version that applies to your order.
