Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Every poster and t-shirt is made to order and produced by our print-on-demand partner Printful at the facility closest to you, then shipped directly to your door. We currently ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States.

1. Production — 2 to 5 business days. Your item is printed or embroidered after you order it, so it needs a few days to be made before it ships.

2. Delivery (once it ships):

  • European Union — 3 to 6 business days
  • United Kingdom — 3 to 6 business days
  • United States — 4 to 6 business days

Shipping cost: free on every order — the price you see is the price you pay. Most orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks in total (production + delivery). You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Import taxes & customs: if your parcel crosses a border out of the region where it was made, your country may charge an import duty or customs fee on arrival. That fee is not included in our prices and is paid by you. Within your own region there is nothing extra to pay.

Returns & refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. You can return most items within 30 days of receiving them.

Your right of withdrawal (EU/Spain). As a consumer in the EU you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. We go beyond the legal minimum and give you a full 30-day window.

Changed your mind? Email hello@thegeekpixel.com within 30 days and we will send you the return address. The item must be unused and in its original condition. You pay the return postage; once we receive it we refund the product price (your original shipping was free) to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo. We cover everything — we reprint and reship or fully refund it, and you will not need to pay any return postage.
