📦 How shipping works
Everything you buy is made just for you after you order it — that is what “made to order” means. We print or embroider it at the workshop closest to you, then send it your way. ✨
⏱️ Step 1 — We make it (2–5 business days)
Your item does not exist until you order it, so please allow 2 to 5 working days for us to create it before it ships.
🚚 Step 2 — It travels to you (after it is made):
- 🇺🇸 United States — 4 to 6 business days
- 🇪🇺 Europe — 3 to 6 business days
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom — 3 to 6 business days
- 🇨🇦 Canada, 🇦🇺 Australia & 🇳🇿 New Zealand — 3 to 7 business days
- 🌍 Everywhere else — 10 to 20 business days
📬 In plain words: most orders to the US, UK and Europe arrive in about 1–2 weeks in total (making + shipping). The moment it ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.
🧾 Taxes & customs
If your parcel crosses a border (leaves the region where it was made), your country may add an import tax or customs fee. This is not included in our prices and is paid by you when the parcel arrives. Within your own region there is nothing extra to pay.
