Refund policy

Every Geek Pixel item is printed or embroidered to order. Nothing sits on a shelf: your poster is produced specifically for you the moment you place the order.

If something is wrong, we fix it — always

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email hello@thegeekpixel.com within 30 days with a photo. We will reprint and reship it, or refund you in full, at no cost to you — and you will not need to send the original back. This is in addition to your statutory rights, including the two-year legal guarantee of conformity for consumers in the EU.

Consumers in the EU and the UK: your 14-day right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This right applies and we honour it.

To withdraw, email hello@thegeekpixel.com within 14 days of delivery and we will send you the return address. The item must be unused and in its original condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning it. Once we receive and check the item, we refund the price you paid to your original payment method within 14 days.

Outside the EU and the UK

Because every item is made to order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns outside the EU and the UK. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are always covered, as described above.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, apparel cannot be returned once it has been worn or washed, unless it is faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It can take a few additional business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
