Refund policy

Every item in our store is printed or embroidered to order, especially for you. Because each piece is made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If there is ever a problem with your order, though, we will make it right — see “Damages and issues” below.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Email us at hello@thegeekpixel.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will put it right — normally by reprinting and reshipping your order at no extra cost. You will not need to send the original item back.

Not accepting change-of-mind returns is different from a faulty order: if something is wrong, always reach out — that is exactly what this section is for.

Non-returnable items

Because every product is made to order to your specification, items cannot be returned for change of mind. We also cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards. If you have a question about a specific item, get in touch before ordering.

Exchanges

As all items are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, see “Damages and issues” above and we will sort it out.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalized to your specification (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). As all of our products are made to order, they are exempt from this cooling-off period. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Refunds

If we approve a refund for a faulty, damaged, or incorrect order, we will let you know once we have reviewed your request. Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at hello@thegeekpixel.com.
