Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy from The Geek Pixel. Every item is printed or embroidered to order, but you can still return most items within 30 days of delivery.

EU/Spain right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the European Union you have a legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend this to a 30-day return window for everyone.

How to return a change-of-mind item. Email hello@thegeekpixel.com within 30 days of delivery and we will send you the return address. The item must be unused and in its original condition. You are responsible for the return postage. Once we receive and check the item, we refund the price you paid for it to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged, defective or wrong items. Please check your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo. We will reprint and reship it or refund you in full at no cost to you, and you will not need to return the original.

Non-returnable items. Gift cards cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, apparel cannot be returned once it has been worn or washed, unless it is faulty.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It can take a few additional business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
